Former U.S. Rep. Mike Sodrel said in an e-mail sent to supporters at midnight Sunday that he will seek the Republican nomination in Indiana’s 9th District, setting up a possible fifth battle against U.S. Rep. Baron Hill, a Democrat. Sodrel would first need to beat at least two GOP rivals – attorney Todd Young of Bloomington and Travis Hankins, a real-estate developer from Columbus – who have been campaigning for months.
