Idaho Democrat on Supporting Pelosi: ‘I Don’t Really Have a Choice’

After Parker Griffith, probably one of the House Democrats most likely to flip parties would be Rep. Walt Minnick of Idaho.

Now the man set on replacing Minnick, Vaughn Ward, notes that the incumbent, in an appearance on Boise radio, said that he’s “comfortable” being a Democrat, and that when asked if he would vote for Nancy Pelosi again, replied, “I don’t really have a choice . . . When I vote for Speaker I vote for the person that best represents Idaho.”

You always have a choice, Congressman.
