Gallup finds Americans oppose the stimulus package 52 percent to 43 percent; government aid to automakers 56 to 43 percent; the health care bill 56 percent to 39 percent; and TARP 61 percent to 37 percent.
The lone popular piece of legislation from this Congress is financial reform, approved 61 percent to 37 percent.
As you might guess, independents are particularly sour on the stimulus, automaker aid, Obamacare, and TARP.
