The general direction of this poll is not a surprise, but the margin is:
A whopping 70% of Americans — including 52% of Democrats as well as 88% of Republicans and 73% of Independents — think the Obama administration does not have a clear plan for Afghanistan, according to the latest IBD/TIPP Poll.
When you take out the “not sure” vote, an entire 19 percent say the Obama administration does have a clear plan. Perhaps that 19 percent could share it with the rest of us, then.
