Delmon Young Traded to Tigers, Immediately Hits a Home Run Against Twins (Jim Thome UPDATE)

The Twins, who are in Detroit for a three-game series, traded corner outfielder Delmon Young to the Tigers for southpaw prospect Cole Nelson and a player to be named later earlier this afternoon, then watched Young hit a home run against them at Comerica Park several hours later.
