California v. EPA

Last week, California filed suit against the EPA for “unreasonable delay” in reviewing the Golden State’s request for a waiver of Clean Air Act preemption of its greenhouse gas emission standards for new motor vehicles.  Yet, as I explain here, the suit is more political than anything else, as there is not much to California’s case.
