NRO contributor Carrie Lukas had a good piece on the JMU Title IX cuts over at Townhall.com last week. As Carrie points out, Title IX enforcement has a distorted view of ”fairness.” I had the pleasure of meeting with some of the athletes from the cut teams at JMU last week, and I’ll meet many more this week. I continue to be impressed with their resolve and commitment to saving their sports and reforming the enforcement of Title IX so other athletes don’t have to go through the same process. It’s hard not to be a Dukes fan right now.
