Re: Ricci and Higher Education

I want to thank Roger for writing this week’s Clarion Call on the higher-education impact that the Ricci case should have. No one knows this legal terrain better, but (as his piece shows) there are some who know it well but want to pretend that the racial preferences that higher-ed leaders use in their mania for “diversity” are still fine. Ricci puts such preferences, as Roger says, on very thin ice.
