Re: Law-School Diversity

I commend Roger’s article for throwing down the gauntlet to the diversity advocates. Will anyone try to answer his arguments that engineering a student body that’s more racially and ethnically diverse won’t do anything to improve the learning of the law? I would like to see such an effort, but doubt I will. The diversity crowd hides behind cliches and wild generalizations. No point in actually debating them.

I’ll just add that not only does “diversity” or the lack thereof have nothing to do with the training of good lawyers, law school itself has almost nothing to do with the training of good lawyers.
