Worth seeing if you’re in DC:

Dear Friends,
The American Film Renaissance (AFR) is hosting its 5th AFR film festival in Washington DC, September 26 – 29, 2007.
On Friday, Sept. 28th, AFR (in conjunction with the Moving Picture Institute and the American Council of Trustees and Alumni) will present Evan Maloney’s controversial documentary, Indoctrinate U, at the prestigious John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

Film Description: Speech codes. Censorship. Sensitivity training. Violations of freedom of speech and conscience. We usually associate such things with the repressive regimes of North Korea, China, and the former USSR. Instead, this assault on free thought is taking place all over America…right now…on our nation’s college campuses. Indoctrinate U, reveals the ugly truths about academia that you won’t see in glossy admissions brochures.

“ALARMING AND FUNNY” — Kyle Smith, New York Post

“THIS FILM HITS YOU IN THE GUT” — Stanley Kurtz, National Review

Immediately following the screening, join Evan Maloney and the producers of Indoctrinate U for food and cocktails at an After Party at the 600 Restaurant at the Watergate, located across the street from the Kennedy Center on the banks of the Potomac River.
Tickets for the screening only are $10. Tickets for the screening and the after party are $50. Tickets must be purchased at http://afrfilm.com.
