Do We Need a ‘Public Service Academy’?

Bad legislative ideas in Washington usually keep popping up until they’re enacted. The proposed United States Public Service Academy Act is one of those. We do not need such an institution, and if we had it, our governance wouldn’t be any better. That’s my argument in this week’s Pope Center Clarion Call.
