Lunden Roberts, the former stripper with whom Hunter Biden fathered a child, is soon coming out with a tell-all memoir that its publisher promises will contain “revelations that could well impact the outcome of the 2024 election.”

The upcoming book, titled Out of the Shadows: My Life Inside the Wild World of Hunter Biden, will reveal key details about Roberts’s fraught relationship with President Joe Biden’s 54-year-old son. The memoir will notably be released on August 20, the week of the Democratic National Convention.

“Skyhorse Publishing is proud to publish Lunden Roberts’ important and compelling narrative. It comes at a pivotal moment in history where freedom of speech is still cherished but constantly challenged,” said Tony Lyons, president of Skyhorse Publishing, in a statement on Tuesday.

“Roberts courageously shares her story, offering readers a poignant reflection on personal responsibility and the burden of a life lived in the public eye — as well as revelations that could well impact the outcome of the 2024 election,” Lyons added. “We are proud to stand behind Lunden Roberts’ and her book.”

Roberts, 33, met Hunter after she moved from Arkansas to Washington, D.C., where she was working as his personal assistant in 2018. Their five-year-old daughter, Navy Joan, was born later that year out of wedlock.

In July 2023, President Biden publicly acknowledged his seventh grandchild for the first time. Biden previously said he only had six grandchildren, prompting criticism from both Republicans and Democrats who argued that his refusal to recognize Navy undermined his public image as a devoted family man. Hunter has four other children, including Beau Jr., who was named after the president’s late son. Beau Biden died of a brain tumor in 2015.

Also last summer, Hunter settled a years-long case with Roberts regarding the provision of financial support for their daughter. In June 2023, the younger Biden agreed to pay an undisclosed monthly sum for child support and hand over his paintings — several of which are worth $500,000 each. As part of the settlement that ended the prolonged court dispute, the child would not have the Biden surname. Navy has her mother’s last name instead.

The child-support case started out as a paternity dispute in 2019. Hunter initially denied Navy was his child, but after a DNA test proved otherwise, he agreed to pay $20,000 a month in child support. The monthly payments amounted to a total of $750,000 by last June, according to Hunter’s attorneys.

Out of the Shadows, according to the memoir’s summary on Amazon, is set to chronicle Roberts’s “rollercoaster of a relationship” with Hunter and his secretive shenanigans “that make the laptop debacle seem routine.” Those reported stories involve his drug use, time at strip clubs, and protection from potential terrorists in New York City, among other noteworthy events.

Roberts teased how she first met Hunter in her newly announced book: “He was sitting there wearing nothing but parrot boxer briefs, organizing his pipes on his Rosemont Seneca desk. I was sitting in Barack Obama’s actual chair from the Senate floor. I took another look at Hunter — this kind, intense, and startlingly transparent man — and thought, ‘this is definitely a guy I want to get to know better.'”
