Imagine the outrage if this were a house in, say, Virginia or Western Pennsylvania and the Halloween “decorations” were of Biden and Obama. I doubt the defense of “free speech” would fly and the homeowner would more likely face some sort of federal hate crime. But since this Californian is only “hanging” Gov. Palin . . . nothing wrong here:
