Chuck makes three big points. One, if this poll is to be believed, voters have separated President Obama from incumbent Democrats — especially on financial reform — and see Congressional Democrats more “on the side of corporate special interests” than the president. Two, Americans in general are in favor of Arizona’s immigration law with 64 percent expressing support. (However, 70 percent of Hispanics disapprove of Arizona’s law.) And three, 75 percent of Americans “sometimes/never” have trust in government, which should scare the pants off of any incumbent.
