And the Pulitzer Prize for Bad Headline Placement Goes To …

… the Dallas Morning News, according to one Media Blog reader:

The day after Senator Kennedy passed away, God rest him, the Dallas Morning News had a moving and insightful (I assume, didn’t read it) article on the front page, pushed below the fold by a huge photo of the man himself.  Next to it was a filler story about the economy. Result: Mr. Kennedy’s mug staring out from news machines all over Dallas, next to the headline “Reports Indicate Recovery.”
