Madison, Wis. – Republican sources tell me to keep an eye on four counties tonight. Prosser needs to see solid GOP turnout in these areas: Brown County, Racine County, Milwaukee County, and Outagamie County. With Madison’s city clerk predicting 60 percent turnout in the left-leaning capital, a Prosser victory will likely depend on more conservative areas upstate.

UPDATE: From a reader:

He needs Waukesha and Ozaukee County conservatives to turn out big time too, which apparently they’re doing. Is it enough? We really don’t know.
