What’s the Executive Branch Up To?

If you’re interested in the answer to that question, you’ll want to attend the Federalist Society’s First Annual Executive Branch Review Conference next Tuesday, June 11, at the National Press Club, 529 14th Street N.W., Washington, D.C. There’s no cost to attend, and CLE credits are available for a nominal charge.

Registration information is available at the link below. There’s an impressive line-up of speakers discussing a number of important topics. Although some might conclude that Senator Ted Cruz’s presentation will be the highlight of the conference, no doubt most of you will be looking forward to my presentation (again, be sure to say hello to the comparatively pleasant Klingon).

Scroll through the link and you’ll likely find more than one subject in your area of interest. Bring your friends and neighbors and feel free to forward the link.
