I thought Arnold represented the can-do, results oriented, post-partisan wave of the future. I know he does, because I read it in Time magazine.
I particularly liked this line for Schwarzenegger:
We’re showing how powerful a state can be. Cahh-lifornia [sic] doesn’t need to wait for the Federal government.
