As a former lecturer in constitutional law, could you please explain your support for major pieces of legislation (e.g., Obamacare, Dodd-Frank) that contain unconstitutional racial and ethnic preferences?
Would you support the same racial and ethnic preferences if they were contained in a bill to dramatically lower overall corporate tax rates? How about a bill to lift all restrictions on offshore oil drilling? A bill to complete the border fence?
Is your support for unlawful racial preferences contingent on their being buried in legislation you otherwise support?
