Trump’s complaint that his mic was faulty during the debate has been the subject of great mockery, but the debate commission has now admitted that his mic did indeed have “issues.” It’s not an excuse for Trump losing the debate, but having fully functioning mics at an event watched by 80 million people with huge stakes for the election doesn’t seem too much to ask.
