Not only is he in a solid second, he is tied with Vivek Ramaswamy on which candidate is the second choice of voters and has a better favorable/unfavorable rating than Trump — although Tim Scott and Vivek have the best ratings. The University of New Hampshire survey is a panel, and you should generally go with polling averages, but the poll is a bright spot in an otherwise terrible news environment for the Florida governor.
