I asked Rob Long if Kerry’s line was funny. He said:
“Well, you’d have to define ‘funny.’ It didn’t make me laugh, and you
could hear the awful creaking gears of Kerry’s internal humor unit
clattering to life, but I guess it was ‘funny.’ But it wasn’t funny.”
