From a SCOTUS watcher:
It’s entirely possible that the 10 Commandments opinions will be handed down
tomorrow. They involve two cases, actually, one in Kentucky, one in Texas.
The Texas case is stronger, so it’s possible they’ll do like they did in the
UMich affirmative action cases and split the rulings. Anyway, if not
tomorrow, then likely Monday (although Monday is the last scheduled day to
hand down rulings, there are 11 cases still pending. So unless they release
five or six tomorrow, we may go into overtime).
