Take a Gander

A couple of readers have questioned my use of the word “Michiganian” in my Detroit News article about moving home. They prefer “Michigander.” So do I. That’s what I wrote in the original piece, in fact, but News style apparently favors the blander “Michiganian,” so that’s how it appeared in print.

Now you know.
