I am a supporter of Sam Brownback. Not every conservative supports the war as it is being run, nor do they support the status-quo Republican position on immigration (which reeks of racism and anti-Catholicism). Brownback is right on both issues. Also, Brownback is justified in going after Romney and Guiliani on abortion. Po-lifers have learned the hard way (ie. Bush Sr. nomination of Justice Souter) that anyone not totally committed to the pro-life cause cannot be trusted with Court appointees…
Brownback is one of the few Republicans to consistently bring attention to the genocide in Dafur (we lost Santorum). Calling for Brownback to back out of the race is premature.
