Urgent — Stupak to CNN producer Lesa Jansen: “I’m still a no…There is no deal yet. Its a work in progress.”
But Stupak told Lesa that he’s met with White House lawyers today and says they are “close” on an agreement

From what I can tell, Dem aides telling us all he’s a yes, Stupak still public a no. Everyone is saying different things to the press. Fluid is an understatement from my perspective. I take Stupak’s word on CNN for now, trying to find out more… Up in the air it seems, but that could change by time I hit send.
