Word in Republican circles is good as of early this morning according to their internal polling. This is to be taken with a five-pound bag of salt. Still, some Republican operative types are saying that not only will Daschle lose today, but so will Russ Feingold. That would obviously be good news for Bush. Coburn wins and so does Murkowski (I’m a bit dubious about that). Things are a bit cloudier and more pessimistic for Bunning.
