Second Newspaper Cartoon Mocks Texas Explosion

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the city’s largest newspaper, published a cartoon yesterday making light of last month’s explosion in the city of West, Texas, in order to poke fun at Governor Rick Perry’s promotion of the state’s regulatory climate.

Last week, the Sacramento Bee ran a similar cartoon mocking the explosion that left 15 dead and at least 160 injured.
