Romney had a perfect opportunity to speak with passion and inspiration about the nature of the debate between liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, when he was asked whether he could take the battle to Obama. Instead, he offered the same, rehearsed recitation of his private sector experience. Sigh. Whiffed it.
