KLo–as a Massachusetts resident, I can tell you that the Mittman is
showing some steely backbone on this mosque wiretap issue that has not
been evident much in his 2+ years as governor. He’s getting opposition
from the usual suspects(MCLU, left-wing Islamists, etc)., but the folks
are with him.
Yesterday(Friday) a coalition of Islamic groups marched to his office to
demand an apology. They didn’t get it. What they got was Romney
reiterating his position–using the 4-H line–and not backing down a bit.
I think this will play well across the country.
