I actually have seen a lot less RINO calling … more see it as a prudential dispute about strategy. Or maybe that is wishful thinking on my part? 

Speaking of Charles Krauthammer and Laura Ingraham, they both raised the possibility of no votes switching to abstentions. But so far I have only heard that tactic discussed among people who are not in the House of Representatives.

Speaking of strategy: With all the talk about a Balanced Budget Amendment option, I do hope there is some strategy there. One that might be remotely plausibly doable?
