The whole point of a foreword is to update a book. The first version of the book came out before Obamacare had passed, so what you cite only makes chronological sense.
I know the rap. I also know my rep. But am I alone in thinking: Someone who has demonstrated executive skill in business and politics, who has a devotion to some fundamentals (family, faith) that have been known to help complete a character and a leader — might that person be the no-flash candidate the country may be looking for this time around?
