It’s not just Kennedy. Kyl just said something very similar to, “Skepticism is not a reason for inaction.” Good grief.
Me: “Hmm, these lead paint chips look tasty, but maybe they don’t really taste like Pringles like that man said. Oh well, as Senator Kyle says, ‘Skepticism is not a reason for inaction.’”
