Jonah thinks that the news that dogs are parachuting into Afghanistan for secret military missions should leave me speechless — and settle our longstanding dog vs. cat controversy.

Uh, dude. If the fact that dogs are dropping into combat is being reported in the newspaper, complete with dramatic photo illustration, how can the mission be considered a secret? Typical canine lack of subtlety. Cats have probably been performing secret military missions in theater for years. We just don’t know about them because, you know, they’re supposed to be secret.
