PBA in USAT

Pro-abortion lawyers headed to the Supreme Court on November 8 for oral arguments in the federal partial-birth-abortion case (yes, the morning after Election Day) have got to be happy with today’s piece in USA Today on the topic.

Douglas Johnson from the National Right to Life Committee points out:

“Note how [the author] carefully avoids informing readers of the long-established fact, conceded by the abortion industry in 1997, that the vast majority of partial-birth abortions are performed on healthy babies of healthy mothers.  The case she describes in detail falls into the very small fraction of partial-birth abortion cases in which the justification offered is really a plea for pre-natal euthanasia.”
