The Official Delegate Count

The Republican National Committee sends NRO the official delegate numbers. You can plug them into the spreadsheet we published yesterday. These numbers are post-penalty, so they take into account the fact that New Hampshire, South Carolina, Florida, Michigan, and Arizona will lose 50 percent of their delegates for holding their elections before the party-approved dates. We’ll publish the states’ delegate-allocation plans (i.e., whether they are winner-take-all or proportional states) soon.
