I posted something a few minutes ago, that we are taking down, attributing to Sen. Chris Dodd a dumb remark about mortgage assistance for those who can’t afford their own homes. It looks like I fell for a bit of satire. I got it from multiple sources, but I should obviously have checked it out more thoroughly before posting it. So I, rather than Senator Dodd, am the dummy on this one. My apologies.
