In reference to my column on the show’s season premiere, a few e-mailers have pointed out that the show has gone there before:
This isn’t the first time the show has dealt with the issue of abortion. In the second season(when I still had time to watch the show), on of the plastic surgeons (Christian) donated sperm for their anesthesiologist (Liz) to get pregnant. He was outraged when she told him she aborted the baby because she felt it might be handicapped. The episode was called “Agatha Ripp” and a summary can be found here
