Nasrallah the Spin Doctor

You have to give Nasrallah, the thug who runs Hezbollah, this much: He has done a brilliant job of spin. He went on television last week and said that Hezbollah would be victorious in its struggle right now if it merely survived — and that conceit has now become conventional wisdom. This represents a major and worrisome rhetorical advance for Arab extremists, who usually do the exact opposite of this — they claim they are destroying their enemies and driving them into the sea and hearing the screaming and lamentations of their women when, in fact, they are, in actuality, being humiliated.
