Northwest Pregnancy Center Annual Ball
The Northwest Pregnancy Center and Maternity Home’s 19th Annual Indian
Summer Ball will be held Saturday, Oct. 1, 9:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. at the
Organization of American States, 17th St. and Constitution Ave., NW.
Founded in 1983 by Georgetown University alumni and students, the
Northwest Center has helped over 29,000 pregnant women and young mothers
in the Washington, DC area with material assistance and counseling as
well as access to prenatal care, medical and legal services, educational
opportunities, job-training and childcare. The black-tie event will
feature a live jazz band, gourmet buffet, open bar and silent auction.
