Mark Udall refused to say Charlie Rangel should step down as chairman. He said we need his “expertise.” In tax cheating?
Based on the debate, I think a lot of people are looking forward to Bob Schaeffer returning to Congress.

It depends on the definition of helpful is? The Hill interpreted Udall’s remarks as calling for him to step down. It was pretty weak call, if so.
