Bob McDonnell’s margin right now is 58.69%-41.2%. Looking at the scattering of remaining districts, it looks like that will hold. If he stays above 58.3%, he will have the highest percentage of victory for any Republican Governor in the state’s history, and will have scored the highest percentage for any Governor since Albertis S. Harrison, Jr., got 63.8 percent against poor H. Clyde Pearson in 1961.
