Hillsdale’s American Heritage Course: ‘The Reagan Revolution’

In collaboration with Hillsdale College, NRO has been presenting American Heritage, an online history course. The final session, on the Reagan Revolution, featuring Hillsdale professor of history Terrence Moore and National Review’s John J. Miller. In this ninth Q&A session for the course, Professor Moore answers questions submitted by course participants.
