New video appears to show a supporter of Alison Lundergan Grimes aggressively intimidating an employee of the conservative America Rising PAC.
The confrontation took place during a Grimes campaign stop as the Democratic Kentucky Senate candidate was nearing her bus. In the video, the Grimes supporter forcefully steps in front of and confronts the tracker, prompting the tracker to threaten to call the police.
“Call them,” the Grimes backer responds. The man proceeds to wave his arms in front of the camera before appearing to hit the camera, causing the video to go dark.
Polls have shown the race against Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell remains tight, although McConnell appears to be breaking away in most polls over the past month.
