UK Chancellor Gordon Brown has decided to heed the calls of Sir Nicholas Stern, Greg Mankiw and Andrew Sullivan and has imposed a new green tax on British gas sales to radically change behavior and stop the destruction of the environment.
It’s an increase in fuel duty of 1.25p per liter.
I wonder what Sir Nicholas thinks of that?
