Gingrich Tells Palin to ‘Be More Careful’

“I think that she [Sarah Palin] has got to slow down and be more careful and think through what she’s saying and how she’s saying it,” Newt Gingrich told ABC News in an interview aired this morning.

“There is no question that she has become more controversial, but she is still a phenomenon,” said Gingrich.  “I don’t know anybody else in American politics who can put something on Twitter or put something on Facebook and automatically have it become a national story.  So she remains, I think, a formidable person in her own right.”

A new USA Today/Gallup poll found that Palin’s favorability ratings are at 38 percent – the lowest she’s been since 2008 – and her unfavorable ratings have reached a new high of 53 percent.
