Neal Boortz described it as a Dutch TV host interviewing a man whose healthy testicles had been accidentally removed in a hospital. The woman in the wheelchair is his wife. The host is unable to control his laughter at the man’s misfortune.

It’s from a Scandinavian (I think) SNL-like skit show. It’s been around the net for months and confirmed as fake. So laugh away…
