Last week, Ed Morrissey asked whether the Obama Adminsitration was violating its legal obligation to conduct oversight of the TARP through the Financial Stability Oversight Board (FINSOB). The FINSOB is supposed to meet monthly, yet it appears from the Treasury Department’s website that it has not met since January 15 — before Obama took office.
