Among the green shoots sprouting on college campuses — there are a few — is the Network of Enlightened Women. Started by the independent-minded Karin Agness as a book club for conservative women at the University of Virginia, NEW has expanded to 20 campuses. Next week, they will host a conference in DC featuring Rep. Susan Brooks, Katie Pavlich, Penny Nance, Sabrina Schaeffer, Diana Furchtgott-Roth, and other great speakers. Registration is free.
