Does a Businessman in America Have Religious Conscience Rights?

It is a question that a Judge Richard Door in a Minnesota district court today says is a question that merits “deliberate investigation.” A preliminary injunction was granted to the Griesedieck family who run the American Pulverizer Company (their religious freedom won’t be pulverized without a fight!), seeking relief from the Department of Health and Human Services coercive abortion-drug, contraception, sterilization mandate. They are represented by the American Center for Law and Justice. The court followed the lead of an injunction granted to Frank O’Brien, a St. Louis business owner, late last month

So some welcome news and some more challenging news on the religious-freedom front today in the courts.
